Special Happenings: This week is Dr. Seuss Week!! A flyer went home last week with all the different days, and I've posted it below as well. Students always have fun with this! We also get to watch the Honor Orchestra students perform on Monday afternoon--what a treat!
We just started working with fractions last week. We are focusing on adding and subtracting fractions with unlike denominators.
We are reading some biographies this week and learning about how some historical figures brought about change in a positive way.
We are finishing up our unit on the 13 Original Colonies this week. Students will have a test on Friday, and we'll be doing lots of practicing in class to prepare.
Students are having a blast working with robots during their Project Lead the Way time with Mrs. Eagle.
